1. What APEX AI Trading is

APEX AI Trading is a research tool that surfaces event-driven trade signals and heuristic trade proposals generated from public market and news data. It does not execute trades and does not manage funds.

2. Not financial advice

All signals, scores, and trade proposals are algorithmically generated for research and educational purposes only. They are not personalized investment advice, and nothing in the app should be relied on as the sole basis for a trading decision. Trading involves risk of loss.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until canceled.
You can start a subscription with a free trial or begin paid billing immediately. If you choose the trial, you won't be charged if you cancel before it ends.
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Account responsibilities

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, APEX AI Trading is not liable for trading losses or decisions made using information from the app.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
